You don’t need to be in crisis, or have the right words, to seek and benefit from counselling. People come for many different reasons, and all of them are valid. You might be navigating loss or change, feeling worn down by work or relationships, or feeling tired of holding things together on the outside while something feels misaligned inside. You may be used to masking parts of yourself, adapting to expectations, or questioning who you are beneath those layers.
I can offer a space to slow down, to explore what is happening for you, and to be met without judgement or pressure to present in a particular way. Feeling that you want or need this kind of space is reason enough to seek it.
Session
I offer a free of charge 20 minute call or online meeting for us to have a chat about how we might work together and for you to ask me any questions about counselling or about me.
I offer online therapy sessions and am in the process of moving my office in order to be able to offer face to face work.
A session lasts 50 minutes and is £60.
