    We can talk briefly about what has brought you to counselling, what you are hoping for, and how I work. You can ask any questions you have. There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions.

    This call is not a counselling session; it is a chance to make an informed and comfortable decision.

    Online sessions take place via a secure video platform and offer the same depth and confidentiality as in-person counselling.

    Sessions are led by you and shaped around what feels most important. Some people come with a clear focus; others are unsure where to begin. Both are welcome.

    We will work at your pace, paying attention to your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may be affecting how you feel in the present.

    In-person sessions will be offered from a private, quiet therapy space once available.

    The structure and approach will be the same as online counselling; the difference is simply the physical setting. Some people find face-to-face work grounding or easier to settle into.
